Cognitive Behavioral and Dialectical Behavior treatments for insomnia, anxiety, mood disorders, anger and more.

Many people struggle with sleep, pain, anxiety, and general behavior change without support. Often, they don’t know or don’t believe that there is any way for them to get help, and they struggle alone. Without help and support, the road to change can feel long and lonely. There is help!

Therapy comes in many different forms.  I believe that focusing on the issues that are bringing you into treatment is the best place to start. That is why I use empirically supported treatments that focus on changing the thoughts and behaviors that are causing immediate distress. The goal is to help effect change and reduce distress as quickly as possible.
